Panic Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs frozen beef roast
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans French onion soup
    3 -4 garlic cloves, peeled and left whole
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    6 -8 whole peeled yellow onions
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients in a LARGE crockpot. Add enough boiling water to completely cover the roast. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
