Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large lemon, juice of
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup butter
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
    Melt the butter, stir in the flour and sugar, then the water and lemon.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until it thickens.
    Taste and if it seems too sour add a bit more sugar.
    (it all depends on the size of your lemon).
