Kale, Farro And Feta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 cups thinly sliced kale
    1/4 cup sliced shallot
    1 cup cracked farro
    2 1/2 cups water
    2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook farro in water for about one hour or until desired texture.
    Combine oil through pepper for dressing.
    Mix dressing, greens, shallot, farro and feta.
