Green Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tomatillos
1 garlic clove
1 bunch cilantro
1 large jalapeno pepper
3/4 cup water
Preparation

Wash the vegetables well. Remove the leaf-like covering of the tomatillo before washing.
Break the extra stem from the cilantro.
Add ingredients to blender and puree.
Ready to serve.
