Lower Fat Cold Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs whole wheat pasta
    2 cups cucumbers (cut into matchsticks)
    2 cups carrots (matchsticks)
    2 cups snow peas (matchsticks)
    1 cup scallion (chopped)
    Sauce Ingredients
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup tahini
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    ginger
Preparation
    1. Cook noodles. Drain.
    2. Chop veggies.
    3. Assemble sauce ingredients.
    4. Toss noodles, veggies and sauce together. Chill. Garnish with sesame seeds.
