Passionfruit Cocktail (Trinidad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 passion fruit, ripe or 1 cup passion fruit juice
4 ounces rum
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups crushed ice
Angostura bitters
freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation

Cut the top off each passionfruit and scoop out the pulp and juice. Strain the juice and use a spoon to scrape against the side of the strainer to get the juice out of the pulp.
In a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg over each. Serve.
