Cinnamon Brown Sugar Bbq'Ed Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
    Heat your BBQ up to medium-high heat.
    Combine the oil and mustard in a bowl and dip the salmon into it covering both sides.
    Move salmon to a plate In another bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon, cumin, pepper and salt.
    Spread the spice mixture onto both sides of the salmon.
