The Best Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

1 (5 1/3 ounce) package graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, plus
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lime rind, grated
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine graham crackers crumbs, sugar and butter and press into pie plate.
Combine egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, powdered sugar and rind and spoon into pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack and chill for 2 hours. Whip cream and powdered sugar and spoon on top of chilled pie.
