Christmas Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g biscuits
    405 g condensed milk
    5 tablespoons walnuts
    5 tablespoons almonds
    5 tablespoons hazelnuts
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 tablespoons candied fruit
    5 -10 tablespoons chocolate chips
    1 chocolate bar, to melt
    4 -5 tablespoons cherry brandy
    4 -5 tablespoons vermouth
Preparation
    Crush the Biscuits into fine crumbs.
    Add the nuts, cocoa powder, candied fruit and chocolate chips to the crushed biscuits.
    Add the Carnation condensed milk.
    Add the liquor of your choice to the mixture.
    Bring the mixture to a dough-like texture, and form it into a log.
    Refrigerate until logs are firm.
    Melt the chocolate bar, and cover the logs with melted chocolate.
    With a fork carv the chocolate so to give it a tree log-like-texture.
