Smokey Black Bean Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves
    2 tablespoons tahini
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika, to taste
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Dump everything in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
    Chill for at least 2 hours before serving with raw veggies, crackers, pita chips, and other favorite dippers.
