Velveeta Chipotle Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb processed cheese, cut up
    2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
    1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Preparation
    Mix pasteurized cheese and peppers in 2 quart microwavable bowl.
    Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve with assorted veggies or chips.
