Sweet Chili Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/3 cup onion, minced
    4 sprigs cilantro leaves, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup sweet chili sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chili sauce. Form into a golfball-size ball; place on a cookie sheet.
    Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake at 350F for 30- 35 minutes. Cool and freeze.
    TO SERVE: Saute frozen meatballs in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then add chili sauce and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
    Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish and heat at 350F for 15 minutes (You can use a meat thermometer to confirm that the internal temperature has reached 325F).
