Venison Bbq Smoked Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups baby rays barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup garlic salt
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1/4 cup black pepper
    1/4 cup butter
    4 white tail rib racks
    1 (5 lb) bag of apple wood chips
Preparation
    Mix the pepper, garlic salt, butter, and onions into a basting sauce.
    Heavily bast the ribs and soak in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes.
    Hang in smoker for 8 hours on low.
    serve with baked potatoes for best result.
