Spicy Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces ground pork
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 cup cold water
Preparation

Pour water in bowl and add spices. Stir until well combined.
Add pork and mix until well combined.
Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Form patties or fill casings and fry over medium heat.
Serve and enjoy!
