Apple Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup applesauce
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 cups apples, diced
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to oil mixture.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Pour into loaf pans, bake at 325F for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of loaf comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
