Spiced Apple Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups boiling water
    4 tea bags
    2 cups apple cider
    1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    20 whole allspice
    20 whole cloves
    2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half (3-inch pieces)
Preparation
    In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove tea bags.
    In a medium saucepan, combine cider, honey, allspice, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
    Remove spices.
    Stir in tea; heat through. Serve hot in mugs.
