Cajun Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    3/4 cup chopped mushroom
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups chili sauce
Preparation
    Peel lemon.
    Chop lemon pulp very fine and cut rind into thin strips.
    Put all ingredients in double boiler and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
