Wild Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons minced parsley
    1/4 cup minced green onion
    salt and pepper
    2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Preparation
    Beat egg; add rice, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and seasonings.
    Form into 12 balls. Chill well.
    Just before serving, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
