Baked Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups water
    1 cup shredded carrot
    1 cup chopped celery
    3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
    3 tablespoons parsley
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted
    1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granule
Preparation
    combine above ingredients in square 8 inch baking dish.
    cover and bake 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
    stir after 25 minutes.
