Italian Summer Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 -8 fresh plum tomatoes
    3 -4 chopped fresh garlic cloves
    1 cup chopped fresh basil
    1/2 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    1/4 cup olive oil
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    1 lb bow tie pasta or 1 lb rotini pasta
    1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
Preparation
    Boil water for pasta and cook as directed. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mix well, drain pasta, add to tomato mixture, top with fresh grated Italian cheese and enjoy.
