Sweet & Smokey Bbq Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup water
8 teaspoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons your favorite barbecue rub
2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Preparation

Gently heat water, soy sauce, sugar & BBQ rub in a pan, whisking gently until sugar melts.
Add ketchup & liquid smoke & whisk until well combined.
Cool & chill until you need it.
