Chelsea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
4 cups flour
7 tablespoons margarine
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup almonds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons jam
Preparation

Let yeast sit with water.
Stir in next 5 ingredients and knead well.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Roll out dough and spread with filling.
Roll up into a 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min,.
