Asparagus Or Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen asparagus or (10 ounce) boxes broccoli, partially cooked
    1 (6 ounce) box stove top savory herb stuffing mix
    2 1/2 cups boiling water
    8 tablespoons butter or 8 tablespoons margarine
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix first five ingredients in a bowl. Add partially cooked vegetable, then stir in Stove Top dressing. Pour in a greased 2 quart baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes, uncovered.
