Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 3 Ing. - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg white
for extra flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

mix ingredients in bowl.
roll into medium sized balls and place on cookie sheet. (cookies melt and flaten they will not grow so make balls size of cookie desired).
press fork in criss cross on top of cookie.
bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until set. (when you remove cookie they will become cookie consistency as they cool).
