Elderberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint fresh elderberries (dried berries make a better pie) or 1 pint the equivalent of reconstituted dried berries (dried berries make a better pie)
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon flour
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon water
    pie crust
    butter
Preparation
    Make a pie crust and lay in a pie plate.
    Place washed berries on pie crust and sprinkle with other ingredients.
    Place dabs of butter on top and cover with second pie crust. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 45 minutes.
