Rajasthani Dahi Vada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium mung dal
    500 g curds
    2 tablespoons sugar
    salt
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
    1 teaspoon red chili pepper
    1 cup tamarind chutney
    3 coriander leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
    Soak moong-dal vada for 4-5 hours.
    While serving, squeeze out the water.
    Put it in a serving plate.
    Beat the curd along with sugar and pour over the vadas.
    Also pour the tamarind chutney and sprinkle all the masala to taste.
    Garnish with chopped coriander.
