Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in vanilla.
Add flour, mixing well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
