Spanish Shredded Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon roasted garlic
    17 ounces fully cooked beef roast (like Hormel or Tyson)
    8 ounces tomato sauce (like Goya)
    1 tablespoon minced onion
    2 tablespoons green olives, sliced
    1 tablespoon capers
    4 drops hot pepper
Preparation
    Preheat large sauce on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
    Place 1 tablespoon oil and garlic in pan.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute or until heated and fragrant.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients and cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Remove beef from heat and shred meat using 2 forks.
