Dairy Free Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    2 (8 ounce) containers tofutti better-than-cream-cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except shell) in a food processor until well blended.
    Put mixture in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes.
