6 Grain Breakfast In The Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
    2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
    2 tablespoons barley
    2 tablespoons quinoa
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1 cup apple, diced
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    3 cups water
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in crock pot. Mix well.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Stir before serving.
    Add more water if needed.
