Crock Pot Chicken With Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup fresh cranberries (may be frozen-don't thaw)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold water
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except flour and water, in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours (depending on how hot your pot runs), until chicken is tender.
Mix flour with cold water and add to pot in the last 15 to 20 minutes and cook until thickened.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
