Low-Fat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-bran cereal
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes. I use the large muffin tins.
