Raspberries Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pint fresh raspberry
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup kirsch
Preparation

Choose the ripest red raspberries.
Beat cream until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and Kirsch.
Lightly fold in the berries.
Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill.
