5 Points Plus - Sesame Lime Grilled Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 inches thick)
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper in large ziplock bag; add tuna. Marinate in fridge for 30 minute.
    Spray grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat to med-high heat.
    Place tuna on grill rack. Grill until browned but still pink in center, about 6 min on each side for med-rare.
    5 points plus per tuna steak.
