Crock Pot Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 pinch pepper
    2 cups hot water
    beef bouillon powder (3 envelopes)
    4 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 1/2 cups water
    4 tablespoons flour
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Mix all ingredients (except sour cream) together in crock pot.
    Cover and cook on LOW setting 6-8 hours.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
