Low Fat Chocolate Berry Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk
    1 1/2 cups frozen berries, ... (blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherries, rasperries (black or red)
    4 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute or 4 tablespoons sugar
    4 -5 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1 cup ice cube
Preparation
    Crush ice in a blender.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth; about 30-60 seconds.
    Serve immediately.
