Tahini And Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup tahini
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup desiccated coconut
    1/2 cup LSA (linseed, soy and almond mix, fine)
    1 cup dried fruit, finely chopped (your choice, figs, apricots, sultanas, dates)
    1/4 cup finely chopped raw almonds
    1/2 cup extra coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl - not the extra coconut.
    Roll into balls 9about the size of a walnut) with wet hands.
    Roll the balls in extra coconut.
    Refridgerate.
