Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
    1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla (or 1/4 tsp extract)
    1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 packet artificial sweetener)
    butter flavor candy sprinkles (a few dashes) or butter flavor extract
    8 ounces water or 8 ounces low-fat milk
    3 ice cubes
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to blender, whip, and serve.
    Enjoy.
