Super Simple Tropical Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
3/4 cup red wine vinegar (plus an additional)
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/4 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill.
Shake well before serving.
