Coconut Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    2 eggs
    4 -6 bananas (crushed)
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/3 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    Crush bananas.
    Mix bananas, coconut oil, and eggs in a Kitchenaid mixer or with a hand mixer.
    Add flour, soda, salt, vanilla and mix again.
    Add coconut and chocolate chips and blend in by hand.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan (or muffin pan if you'd prefer muffins - cut baking time to 20-25 min.).
    Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
