Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons butter
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Preparation
