Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup low-fat milk
1 egg
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, rolled oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Melt butter, and mix together with the milk and egg. Stir into the flour mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Place mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
