Tomato Strawberry Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomatoes, seeded and diced (or 2 smaller ones)
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1/2 cup scallion, chopped
    1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed and diced
    1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
