Honey-Pecan Glaze - cooking recipe

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
Preparation

In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients. Heat and stir until butter is melted. Then glaze away.
