Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons cream of tartar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup granulated sugar, for rolling
    1 tablespoon cinnamon, for rolling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
    In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients and blend into wet mixture, adding about 1/4 of the dry mixture at a time until all blended.
    Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl.
    Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
    Place on parchment lined cookie sheets and bake for 12-13 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks and store in airtight container for up to a week.
