Ed'S Smoked Catfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb smoked catfish, broken into small pieces
    8 ounces cream cheese
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 tablespoon onion, minced
    1 tablespoon white wine
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
    1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    kosher salt
    fresh cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
    Chill for an hour or so and serve with crackers or chips.
    Garnish with either minced fresh chives or parsley.
