Cinnamon Toast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (optional)
    1 cup soymilk (or low fat milk)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients til moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin. Bake in 400 oven for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
    Makes 12 muffins.
