Catalina Crock Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 -6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Combine onion, garlic and dressing in the bottom of a crock pot.
    Add chops, one at a time, pushing each chop into the mixture then flipping it over.
    Cover and cook on low 5-7 hours.
