Ingredients

2 sheets puff pastry
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped very, very finely
salt & pepper

Preparation

Cut pastry into small rounds and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Bake 15 mins at 180degC (350degF).
