Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup cooking oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon hot water
    2 cups rolled oats
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
    Beat in both sugars.
    Add cooking oil & vanilla.
    Dissolve baking soda in hot water; stir into sugar and egg mixture.
    Add oats, flour & salt; stir well.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto greasec baking sheets.
    Bake in 350\u00b0F oven about 8 minutes.
